- Each year, participants may contribute up to 90% of annual compensation up to the maximum amount allowable under the Internal Revenue Code.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Participants are auto enrolled into the Plan at 3% and the Plan’s auto escalation clause increases participates’ deferral rates by 1% at January 1 each year up to a maximum escalation of 10%.
- The Company matches 50% of participants deferrals up to 6% of participant’s compensation.
- Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the remainder of their account plus earnings thereon is based on years of continuous service.
- Participants vest 20% per year after two years of completed service and are 100% vested after six years of continuous service.
- A participant is entitled to 100% of his or her account balance, including participant and employer contributions, upon retirement, death, or disability.
