VRX, INC. RETIREMENT TRUST Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may contribute a percentage of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the plan document.
- Participants may authorize the Company to make payroll deductions under the Plan of their eligible compensation, as defined in the Plan document, not to exceed $23,000 in 2024 in accordance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations.
- In addition, those participants, who are over age 50 or turning age 50 on or before December 31, 2024, are eligible for an additional catch-up contribution of $7,500 in 2024.
- The Plan allows for discretionary employer matching contributions.
- The Company’s matching contributions during 2024 were $481,594.
- The Company may make a profit sharing contribution at their sole discretion.
- In 2024, there was no profit sharing contribution to the Plan.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions and rollover contributions, if applicable, plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s matching and profit sharing contributions is based on years of service.
- Participants are fully vested after three years of service.
