THE MOSCOE GROUP, INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 100% of eligible wages, subject to Internal Revenue Code limitations.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches contributions equal to 3% of the participant’s eligible compensation. To be eligible for additional qualified non-elective contributions, a participant must complete 1,000 hours of service during the Plan year and be employed on the last day of the Plan year.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: The vesting schedule for employer contributions is as follows: participants are 100% vested in elective deferrals and employer safe harbor matching contributions at all times. To be eligible for additional qualified non-elective contributions, participants must be at least 18 years old and complete at least 1,000 hours of service annually; full vesting occurs after six years of service. A participant becomes fully vested upon death, disability, or reaching age 65.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Yes, the plan allows for Roth deferral contributions.
