TED STEVENS, INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may voluntarily contribute up to a maximum of 90% of compensation limited to $23,000 for the year ended December 31, 2024.
- Participants may elect to designate all or any portion of their elective deferrals as post-tax (Roth) election deferrals.
- The Plan provides for automatic enrollment of all new eligible participants at a 3% pre-tax elective deferral rate.
- The eligible participants may affirmatively elect to opt out of the automatic enrollment or elect a different deferral rate.
- Participants who have attained at least 50 years of age by the end of the calendar year and who are making contributions to the Plan may also make a catch-up contributions of up to $7,500 in 2024.
- No matching contributions have been made for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023.
- Participants are immediately 100% vested in their voluntary contributions, rollovers, and actual earnings thereon. Vesting in the Company’s discretionary matching contributions and related earnings thereon is based on years of continuous service. To earn a year of service for vesting purposes, a participant must be credited with at least 1,000 hours of service during the Plan year. A participant’s vesting is in accordance with the following schedule: Years of Service Vesting
