- Each year, participants may elect to contribute a portion of their compensation, subject to certain maximum limitations imposed by Section 402(g) of the IRC.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company may make discretionary matching contributions.
- The Company did not make any discretionary employer contributions for the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Participants vest in discretionary employer matching and profit-sharing contributions on a 6-year graded schedule with 20% vesting at the end of two years of service, vesting an additional 20% each year, and becoming fully invested in discretionary employer matching and profit sharing contributions at the end of the sixth year of service.
