REDIS LABS INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute up to 100% of their eligible pre-tax or after-tax (as Roth contributions) compensation, as defined by the plan document, up to the maximum annual amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions, as defined in the IRC.
- Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Plan at 6% of their eligible pre-tax compensation unless they affirmatively opt out of participation or make an alternative deferral election.
- The Company is also allowed to make matching contributions and non-elective contributions to the Plan, on a discretionary basis.
- The Company did not make any contributions to the Plan for the year ended December 31, 2024.
- Participants are immediately 100% vested in their elective contributions plus earnings thereon.
- Participants vest in the Company’s matching and non-elective contributions plus earnings thereon, ratably over 4 years of credited service, as defined in the plan document.
- Participants are immediately 100% vested in their account balance in the event of death or total and permanent disability.
