POST & SCHELL, P.C. PROFIT SHARING PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- The Plan provides that eligible employees may elect to make pre-tax contributions through regular payroll deductions of an amount up to 80% of their eligible compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants’ pre-tax contributions are limited to the maximum amount allowable under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Qualified distributions from other retirement plans can be contributed to and retained by the Plan as rollover contributions.
- Participants may also make after-tax Roth contributions.
- Vesting in the Company contributions, plus earnings thereon, is based on years of continuous service as follows: Vested Years of Service
- Less than 2 years: 0%
- 2-3 years: 20%
- 3-4 years: 40%
- 4-5 years: 60%
- 5-6 years: 80%
