- Employees may elect to defer up to 100% of their compensation as pre-tax or Roth contributions.
- The Plan has adopted an automatic enrollment feature under which new employees are enrolled at a 7% pre-tax deferral rate unless they formally waive participation or elect a different participation level.
- There are also automatic elective deferral increases of 1% per year up to 10%.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company made matching contributions on deferrals up to 1% of eligible compensation.
- Effective January 1, 2025, the company updated its match formula to 2% of eligible compensation.
- Vesting in the Company’s matching and profit sharing contributions is based on years of continuous service as follows: Vested Percentage Years of Service Match Profit Sharing
