OETIKER RETIREMENT PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute a percentage of their annual compensation, not to exceed the limits of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), with a maximum deferral of $20,500 in 2022.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company contributes 50 percent of the first 10 percent of salary deferrals that a participant contributes to the Plan, not to exceed 5% of the participant's eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are 100% vested in their voluntary contributions immediately. For employer contributions, vesting is as follows: 1 year - 17%, 2 years - 34%, 3 years - 50%, 4 years - 67%, 5 years - 83%, 6 or more years - 100%. Participants are credited with a year of service for vesting purposes upon completion of 1,000 hours of service during the year.
