1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute up to the lower of 100% of their annual compensation or the maximum amount allowable by law.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company provides Safe Harbor matching contributions of 100% of the first 4% of compensation contributed by the participant.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Employer Safe Harbor contributions are fully vested and non-forfeitable. All employees with at least two months of completed services that are at least 18 years of age are eligible to enter the Plan. Per diem employees become eligible when they have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours and are at least 21 years of age.
