- Each year, participants may contribute up to 100% of pre-tax or after-tax annual compensation to the Plan, as defined in the plan document.
- Under the safe harbor provision, the Company provides a matching contribution of 100% of an employee’s salary deferrals, up to 3% of compensation, plus 50% of amounts between 3% and 5% of compensation, as defined in the plan document.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Participants are fully vested at all times in safe harbor contributions.
