INDEED RECRUITING SOLUTIONS 401(K) PROFIT-SHARING PLAN TRUST Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may contribute between 1% and 96% of compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Plan document allows the Company to make discretionary matching or profit-sharing contributions; however, there were no such discretionary contributions made for the years ended December 31, 2024 or 2023.
- Participants are immediately vested in their deferral and rollover contributions, including the earnings on those amounts.
- Participants are also immediately vested in discretionary employer matching and profit-sharing contributions.
