  • The Plan includes a salary deferral arrangement allowed under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
  • Eligible participants are permitted to elect to have a portion, limited by Plan provisions, of their compensation contributed as pre-tax 401(k) contributions to the Plan.
  • Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
