- The Plan includes a salary deferral arrangement allowed under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Eligible participants are permitted to elect to have a portion, limited by Plan provisions, of their compensation contributed as pre-tax 401(k) contributions to the Plan.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Employer contributions shall be funded to the Plan as required by collective bargaining agreements.
- There were no employer contributions required to be contributed for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contribution sources plus actual earnings thereon.
- Employer contributions made prior to January 1, 2009 are fully vested upon completion of five full vesting credits as defined in the Plan.
- With respect to employer contributions made on or after January 1, 2009, a participant is fully vested on the earlier of the completion of three full vesting credits, attaining normal retirement age, total and permanent disability, or death.
