HEAD USA, INC. 401K PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may elect to contribute to the Plan through tax-deferred salary deferrals up to 100% of their annual compensation, as defined by the Plan, up to a statutory maximum determined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified defined benefit or defined contribution plans (rollovers).
- Participants’ salary deferrals and rollover contributions vest immediately.
- The Company matches 100% of the first 3% of base compensation that a participant contributes to the Plan and 50% of the next 3%.
- Additionally, the Company may elect to make an annual profit-sharing contribution.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company did not elect to make a profit-sharing contribution.
- All matching and profit-sharing contributions vest immediately.
