GUNVOR USA, LLC 401(K) PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute a percentage of their eligible compensation up to the maximum amount allowed for deferral under the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC"). Eligible participants are automatically enrolled at 6% of their eligible compensation unless a contrary election is made.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100% of participant contributions up to 6% of each participant's eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Employees are immediately and fully vested in their voluntary contributions and employer contributions (safe harbor and discretionary profit sharing contributions) plus actual earnings (losses). Employees are eligible to participate in the plan upon the date of hire with no age or service requirement.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Participants may designate all or a portion of their elective deferrals as Roth elective deferrals.
