- Participants may also make voluntary after-tax plan contributions.
- The cumulative amount of contributions under the Basic Benefit Component of the Plan must comply with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, as amended.
- For active employees hired before November 2, 2011, the Foundation makes monthly contributions to the Basic Benefit Component of the Plan based upon the following formula: Percentage of Age Compensation Under 32 4% 32 through 34 7% 35 through 39 10% 40 through 44 14% 45 or older 17%
- Participants in the Basic Benefit Component of the Plan are at all times 100% vested in their employer contribution accounts.
