- Participants may contribute up to the maximum percentage allowable of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Effective January 1, 2012, the Plan was formally amended to provide for a discretionary employer matching contribution of 50% of the first 4% of employee deferral contributions.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting of discretionary profit sharing contributions is based on years of continuous service.
- Upon reaching two years of service the participant becomes 20% vested.
- Vesting increases an additional 20% with each additional year of service up to 100% vesting after six years of continuous service.
