  • Each year, participants may contribute up to the maximum annual pretax contributions, as defined in the Plan and imposed by the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
  • The Company may make elective matching contributions equal to 25% of the first 4% of annual compensation that a participant contributes to the plan for 2024.
  • Additional profit sharing amounts may be contributed at the option of the Company’s board of directors.
  • Participants are immediately vested in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon. Vesting in Company’s matching and discretionary contribution portion of their accounts plus earnings thereon is based on years of continuous service.
