- Each year, participants may make pretax or Roth contributions from one percent to 90 percent of eligible compensation, as defined and subject to certain limitations under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other eligible retirement plans, as defined.
- The Plan includes an automatic enrollment provision that all newly eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a pretax deferral rate of five percent of compensation.
- The Plan provides for Company safe harbor matching contributions and effective January 1, 2024, was equal to 100 percent of participant deferrals up to five percent of eligible compensation, as defined in the Plan.
