1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may elect to make pre-tax salary deferral contributions of up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company makes a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of each participant’s salary deferrals that do not exceed 4% of the participant’s eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are fully vested in their contributions and the Company’s safe harbor matching contributions at all times. Vesting in the Company’s discretionary employer matching and profit sharing contributions is based on years of service: 20% per year after one year of service and 100% vested after five years of service. A participant is immediately vested upon death, retirement, or total and permanent disability.
