CORINTHIAN INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute up to the maximum percentage allowable, not to exceed the limits of Code Sections 401(k), 404 and 415 of the Internal Revenue Code.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100 percent of the participant’s first 3% of compensation deferred and 50 percent of the next 2% of deferral, for a maximum of 4% of the participant's compensation. Discretionary contributions may be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions and in Company safe harbor contributions. Vesting in the Company’s discretionary contributions is based on years of continuous service, with participants becoming 100% vested after six years of credited service.
