- Each year, participants may contribute up to 100% of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the plan document, up to the maximum amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified defined benefit or defined contribution plans (rollovers).
- Participants may also designate all or a portion of their contributions as Roth contributions to the Plan on an after-tax basis.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company matched 25% of the first 8% of eligible compensation that a participant contributed to the Plan.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s matching and discretionary profit-sharing contributions portion of their accounts is based on years of continuous service.
- A participant who is not part of Restaurant Support Center Building IV Winery is 50% vested after one year of credited service, which is defined as working at least 1,000 hours during the year, and 100% vested after two years of credited service.
- All other participants are immediately vested in Company matching and discretionary profit-sharing contributions.
