CENTER FOR SOCIAL DYNAMICS 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- The Plan provides each participant with an opportunity to make elective deferrals, after-tax contributions, and Roth contributions to the Plan, subject to the limitation of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Participants may also make rollover contributions from other qualified plans.
- Participants who have attained or are expected to attain age 50 before the close of the taxable year will be permitted to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company may make discretionary matching contributions on employee contributions to the Plan in accordance with the provisions contained in the Plan document.
- The Company did not make any discretionary matching contribution for the year ended December 31, 2024.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon, and vesting in the Company’s contributions plus actual earnings thereon is based on years of service as follows: Years of Service | Percentage Vested 1 | 0% 2 | 20% 3 | 40% 4 | 60% 5 | 80% 6 | 100%
