- Each year, participants may contribute up to 100% of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the adoption agreement, up to the maximum limits of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- Participants may designate all or a portion of their deferral contributions as after-tax contributions into a Roth account.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Plan provides for contributions by adopting employers in varying amounts as set forth in each employer’s adoption agreement (the Adoption Agreements) on behalf of covered employees enrolled in the Plan.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions, plus actual earnings thereon.
- A participant’s vested interest in employer contributions is based on the vesting schedule selected by the adopting employer.
