WASHINGTON FRUIT RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute from 1% to 100% of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company makes safe harbor contributions equal to 100% of the participant’s contributions that are not in excess of 3% of the participant’s eligible Plan compensation, plus 50% of the amount of the participant’s contributions that exceed 3% but not to exceed 5% of the participant’s eligible Plan compensation.
- Participants are vested immediately in their elective contributions and employer safe harbor contributions, as well as any actual earnings thereon.
