1. Employee Contribution Rates: Up to 50% of pretax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: For eligible hourly employees, the match is 50% of the employee’s contribution, not exceeding 6% of eligible compensation. For salaried employees, it is 100% of the employee’s contribution, not exceeding 4% of eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Employer matching contributions vest after three years of service; employees are immediately vested in their own contributions. All eligible employees with three or more years of service at January 1, 2007 become fully vested in employer nonmatching contributions based on a specific schedule.
