1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute a maximum of $20,500 and $19,500 for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021 respectively (or $27,000 and $26,000 if over age 50).

2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer will match 100% of the participant’s deferral that does not exceed 4% of their plan compensation.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their contributions and earnings, the Company’s safe-harbor matching contributions, and vesting for discretionary matching contributions is based on years of service: 0% for less than 2 years, 20% at 2 years, 40% at 3 years, 60% at 4 years, 80% at 5 years, and 100% at 6 years. Eligibility for profit sharing requires being employed as of the last day of the plan year and completing at least 1,000 hours of service during the plan year.
