TFG 401(K) SAVINGS PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, participants may contribute up to 100% of their eligible compensation, as defined by the Plan, not to exceed $23,000 for 2024, subject to certain discrimination tests prescribed by the Internal Revenue Code.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- For the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company matched 10% of the first 3% of plan compensation that a participant contributed to the Plan.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions.
- Vesting in the Company’s matching contribution portion of their accounts is based on years of continuous service.
- A participant is 100% vested after six years of credited service.
