- Participants may contribute a percentage of their pretax compensation or after-tax compensation (Roth deferral contributions), as defined in the Plan.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company chose to make a matching contribution for the year ended December 31, 2024 of 100% of the first 4% of compensation that an employee contributes to the Plan.
- Vesting schedule: 4+ years of credited service: 100% Participants are immediately 100% vested in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- In addition, participants will become 100% vested upon attaining the age of sixty-five, death or disability.
