1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees may elect to defer a specified percentage of gross wages subject to Internal Revenue Code limitations.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 0% if the employee has not been employed at least one year and is not contributing at least 1%; 3% match if the employee reaches 832 hours worked and has been employed for at least one year while contributing at least 1%; 3.5% match if the employee has participated in the Plan for 15 years and is contributing at least 2%; 5% match if the employee has participated for 15 years, is contributing at least 3%, and is 55 years old; 6% match if the employee has participated for 10 years, is contributing at least 3%, and is 56 years old.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are vested immediately in voluntary contributions. Vesting in employer contributions is based on years of service: 0% vested for less than 1 year, 33% for 1 year, 67% for 2 years, and 100% for 3 years of service.
