- The Plan provides for employee salary deferral contributions up to a maximum of 100 percent of annual compensation subject to maximum tax-deferred limitations established by the Internal Revenue Code.
- Eligible employees who have reached age 50 during the plan year may elect to make catch-up contributions, as limited by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- The Plan allows participants to contribute up to 100 percent of their compensation on an after-tax basis.
- A participant’s combined pretax and Roth 401(k) contributions cannot exceed the maximum amount allowed by law.
- Participants may also make contributions to the Plan in the form of a rollover of funds from another qualified plan.
- The Company also makes safe harbor matching contributions equal to 100 percent of the participant’s eligible compensation, not to exceed 3 percent, plus 50 percent of participant’s deferrals between 3 and 5 percent of participant’s eligible compensation, on the last day of the plan year.
