1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 100% of eligible compensation for the Plan year.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100% of participant contributions up to a maximum of 4% of eligible compensation that a participant contributes to the Plan.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Discretionary employer contributions vest according to the following schedule: 0% after 1 year, 33% after 2 years, 66% after 3 years, and 100% after 4 years. Participants are eligible for employer matching and profit sharing if they are still employed and have completed one year of service after reaching age 18 on the last day of the Plan year.
