RELIANCE ONE 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute up to 100% of eligible compensation, as defined in the plan document, through payroll withholdings to several investment alternatives as directed by the participant.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the period are eligible to make additional ‘catch-up’ contributions.
- Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, as defined in the plan document, those participants who do not affirmatively elect against automatic contributions are automatically enrolled at a before-tax contribution of 6%.
- Deferral percentages are subject to an automatic escalation of 2% of compensation each year until a maximum of 100% of compensation is deferred.
- The Company elected to make employer matching contributions on behalf of eligible participants, equal to 50% of the first 6% of the participant’s deferrals.
