- Effective September 1, 2015, participants can elect to make contributions to the Plan.
- The Plan allows participants who have worked one hour in covered employment, on or after that date, to contribute pre-tax wages to their 401(k) account.
- The participant may elect to contribute between fifty cents and seven dollars, per hour, in fifty cent increments for each hour worked under covered employment.
- The amount contributed annually by participants may not exceed the maximum allowable under federal income tax regulations.
- Participants are immediately vested in their account balance.
