POLY-TAINER INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute pretax and Roth deferrals of up to 100 percent of their annual compensation, as defined by the Plan and subject to Internal Revenue Code ("IRC") limitations.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Plan includes an automatic enrollment provision whereby all eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a pretax deferral rate of four percent of eligible compensation, unless they elect otherwise.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company matched the lesser of 50 percent of the participant’s deferrals or 0.6379 percent of eligible compensation.
