PINNACLE LIVING TSA RETIREMENT PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- The Plan allows participants to make voluntary deferral contributions of their annual base compensation, as defined in the Plan document, subject to Internal Revenue Code(IRC) limitations.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company currently matches 100% of each participant’s salary deferrals up to 6% of plan compensation.
- Additional amounts may be contributed at the discretion of the Company.
- Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the employer’s contribution portions of their accounts plus earnings thereon is based on years of continuous service.
- A participant is 100% vested after three years of service.
- Participants also become fully vested upon death or disability, or normal retirement age.
