- Participants may elect to contribute to a Pre-Tax 401(k) deferral and a Roth 401(k) deferral of an amount up to 75% of their eligible compensation, as defined in the Plan document, subject to dollar limits under the IRC.
- Participants who are age 50 or older may contribute additional amounts, or catch-up contributions, as provided in the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001.
- Dollar limits for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 are $23,000 and $22,500, respectively with catchup contributions of $7,500 and $7,500 for the years 2024 and 2023, respectively.
- For the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 the contribution was equal to 50% of a Participants contribution not to exceed 3% of a Participant’s compensation.
- Participants are fully vested at all times in their voluntary as well as employer match contributions and earnings thereon.
- Participant’s vested percentage in their account attributable to discretionary profit sharing contribution is determined under the following schedule: Years of Service Percentage 1 20% 2 40% 3 60% 4 80% 5 100%
