- The Plan allows participants to make pre-tax and Roth 401(k) salary deferral contributions to the Plan between 1% and 75% of compensation.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Plan also allows rollover contributions from other qualified plans.
- Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Plan with a 3% pre-tax salary deferral unless the employee declines by contacting Vanguard Fiduciary Trust Company (the Trustee).
- The deferral percentage for those employees who are automatically enrolled increases by 1% per year, to a maximum of 10%.
- The Firm makes a matching contribution equal to 50% of contributions up to 6% of the eligible employee’s compensation.
