1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute a percentage of their compensation, with the plan also permitting Roth elective deferral contributions.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: A safe harbor contribution equal to 3% of the employee's eligible compensation is made for all employees eligible to participate in the plan, with the exception of highly compensated employees (HCEs) who are not eligible for safe harbor contributions. A profit-sharing contribution may be made at the employer's discretion.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are always 100% vested in their elective deferral and rollover contributions. They begin vesting in employer profit sharing contributions after two years of service (25% vested), become 50% vested after three years, and are fully vested after four years. Upon death, disability, or qualified retirement, participants become 100% vested. Employees are eligible to participate in the plan once they have completed one year of service and reached age 18.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Yes, the plan permits Roth elective deferral contributions.
