1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute up to the maximum percentage allowable by law of pre-tax or after-tax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: If participants contribute 3% or less of their compensation, the employer will match 100% of these contributions. For discretionary matching contributions, the employer will match 100% of each participant’s elective deferral contribution, up to 4% of the participant’s eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately 100% vested in both elective and safe harbor matching contributions. For discretionary matching contributions, participants are generally considered to be 100% vested after 6 years of credited service. Eligibility requires employees to be at least 19 years old and have one year of completed service based on 1,000 hours during the first 12 months of employment.
