NATION’S BEST HOLDINGS 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants are allowed to make elective pre-tax or Roth contributions to the Plan up to 90% of their annual eligible Plan compensation, as defined, subject to limitation under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants who have attained age 50 are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Plan includes an automatic enrollment provision whereby all newly eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Plan upon meeting the Plan’s eligibility requirements unless they have in effect a salary reduction agreement on the automatic deferral effective date or affirmatively elect not to participate in the Plan.
- Automatically enrolled participants have their deferral rate set at 3% of annual eligible Plan compensation.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company approved a discretionary match equal to the first 3% of eligible compensation that each participant contributed to the Plan.
