M&Q PACKAGING LLC 401K Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, eligible employees may contribute a percentage of their annual compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants may elect to have their deferrals be either pre-tax or after-tax (Roth) contributions.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Effective January 1, 2021, the Company amended the Plan to include a safe harbor matching contribution of 100% of the first 3% of eligible employees’ compensation contributed the Plan, and 50% of the next 2% of the eligible employees’ compensation contributed to the Plan.
- Participants are always 100% vested in their pre-tax, Roth, and rollover contributions, as well as in any earnings thereon.
- Effective January 1, 2019, employer contributions are also 100% vested, as well as in any earnings thereon.
