- The Plan provides for employee salary deferral contributions up to a maximum of 87 percent of annual compensation subject to maximum tax-deferred limitations established by the Internal Revenue Code.
- Participants may also make contributions to the Plan in the form of a rollover of funds from another qualified plan.
- The Plan provides for employer matching contributions of 25 percent of the participant’s contribution, not to exceed 4 percent of the employee’s deferred compensation.
- Participants are immediately 100 percent vested in employee salary deferral contributions and rollover contributions and any income or loss thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s contribution portion of their accounts, plus actual earnings thereon, is based on years of service.
- Participants vest in contributions made by the Company 100 percent after three years of service.
