- The participants are allowed to contribute a portion of their salary to the Plan subject to those limitations provided for in Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- The Employer matches an amount equal to 3% of participant’s base wages.
- Vesting schedule: Each participant’s Employer contribution account vests at the rate of 0% per year for the first year and 20% per year thereafter until fully vested after six years.
- If a participant dies or becomes disabled, the participant’s accrued benefit derived from the Employer contributions becomes 100% vested without regard to the above schedule.
