LITTLER MENDELSON 401(K) PLAN AND TRUST Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to the limits imposed by Section 402(g) of the IRC, with automatic enrollment starting at 3%.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 50% of elective deferrals limited to 5% of eligible compensation. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the employer made a non-elective contribution of 7.5% of eligible compensation and 5% of eligible compensation above the social security wage base.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: The vesting schedule for employer contributions is 0% vested after less than 3 years of service and 100% vested after 3 years. To be eligible for employer contributions, participants must have 1,000 hours of service during the Plan year. Associates are not eligible for these contributions.
4. Roth 401(k) contribution: The Plan allows for Roth elective deferrals.
