- Participants may elect to have up to 100 percent (subject to limitations) of their annual compensation deferred and contributed to the Plan by the Company on their behalf.
- The Company will limit matching contributions for amounts in excess of the first 2% of compensation as elective contributions.
- Participants are immediately vested in their participant contributions plus allocated earnings thereon. Vesting in the Company’s matching and employer profit-sharing contributions, and earnings thereon is based on years of service and is determined as follows: Years of Service Vested %
- Less than 2 years: 0%
- 2-3 years: 20%
- 3-4 years: 40%
- 4-5 years: 60%
- 5-6 years: 80%
- 6+ years: 100%
