- The Plan provides for employee salary deferral 401(k) pre- and post-tax contributions up to the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Code.
- Participants may also make contributions to the Plan in the form of a rollover of funds from another qualified plan.
- The Company has discretionary matching contributions remitted to the Plan, as determined by the board of directors.
- During 2024, the discretionary match was 50 percent of the first 2 percent of employee deferred compensation.
- Participants are immediately 100 percent vested in employee salary and rollover contributions and any income or loss thereon.
