  • Each year, participants may contribute up to 100 percent of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the Plan.
  • Participants may also make after-tax contributions.
  • Roth contributions are also permitted.
  • Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
  • Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified plans (rollovers).
  • The Plan provides for automatic enrollment.
  • Any newly eligible employee who has not affirmatively elected to contribute to the Plan or has not affirmatively declined to participate in the Plan will be automatically enrolled in the Plan with a five percent withholding of pretax annual compensation.
  • This withholding will increase by one percent each subsequent year until the automatic election reaches a maximum withholding contribution of ten percent of compensation.
  • The Company may make discretionary matching contributions.
  • An allocation is made to each participant who is employed with the Company on the last day of the Plan year based on the first $6,000 of salary deferrals contributed by the participant during the Plan year, and allocated based upon the employee’s deferrals compared to total eligible employee deferrals.
