- Each participant may contribute up to the maximum percentage allowed by the IRS for the plan year (January 1 to December 31).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Plan has a two percent automatic deferral into a target date fund based on age if no selection is chosen by the participant upon meeting eligibility requirements.
- The Company contributed 50 percent of the participant’s elected contribution up to 6 percent of the participant’s pretax annual compensation (but not to exceed $5,000) for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions plus actual earnings on them.
- Vesting in the Sponsor-contributions (employer matching and employer nonelective contributions) portion of their accounts plus earnings is based on years of continuous service.
- A participant is 100 percent vested after five years of credited service.
