3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are always 100% vested in their own contributions. The vesting percentage for discretionary employer contributions is based on years of service, with 20% after 1 year, 40% after 2 years, 60% after 3 years, 80% after 4 years, and 100% after 5 years. Eligible employees must have worked at least 1,000 hours during the year.
